By contrast, downregulation in the endogenous expression of IGF1 working with certain siRNA IGF1 target sequences neutralized these EAinduced effects. IGF1 treatment in cultured DRGs led to neurite outgrowth and enhanced expression of pPI3KPI3K and pAktAkt.
